You fancy doing some body painting, either on yourself or on friends there are some ideas you can use to get you started:

You know you are good at art, so you first need to ask yourself why you want to do body painting, do you want to just decorate yourself for an occasion, such a Halloween, or a party. Just for fun or do you want to earn some money doing it. Let’s concentrate on considering it as a means of making money. Where could you use this talent?

1.         You could hire yourself at a flea market, painting children’s faces is always a winner, and sure to make $s at the same time.

2.        Doing body painting parties, it’s a fun way for people to enjoy a party and you could ear a good fee if your talent is good and people have a lot of fun. You may find yourself booked out at the end of the night.

3.        Travel with a circus as their make up artiste.

4.        Special events such as graduations, celebrations, fundraisers, and reunions, there’s an endless list of ideas in this category alone.

5.        Contact a theatre company and offer yourself as their official make-up artist.

6.        Sports events, you’ve seen fans with their faces painted in their favorite team colors. You’re sure to get plenty of practice with that avenue.

You need to ensure that you use body paint that is safe and non toxic, you don’t want to have clients suing you for damage to their skin. Get a good reputation and you will find yourself constantly busy and surprise yourself at the money you make
