Here’s some suggestions from Bare Essentuals: http://store.bareescentuals.com/
Wildcat Eyecolor can be worn dry, or “foiled” wet, as the all-over eyelid color from lash to brow, or as a highlighter along the brow line.
Panther Eyecolor can be worn dry, or “foiled” wet as the crease color, layered over and blended softly with the base shade to frame the outer corner of the eye.
Tiger’s Eye Liner Shadow can be worn dry for a smoky look, applied along your lash line and into the crease with the angled brush end. For a soft, smudgy look, apply it wet along the lash line with the wet/dry brush end.
What is Foiling? Foiling is a unique technique created by Bare Escentuals that involves applying bareMinerals shades wet for a brilliant, high-sheen effect.
• Lightly dampen your brush, dip it into bareMinerals and make a paste in the lid.
• Apply the color alone or layered with other shades for a lustrous, light-reflective glow to your eyes.
• Always let layers dry and rinse the brush clean between applications of different shades.
