While I was browsing the net the other day I came across this interesting lip makeup technique. It intrigued me as I’ve never heard of it before. I thought I’d share it with you.
Layer 1 - concealer
Layer 2 - powder
Layer 3 - concealer again
Layer 4 - lip liner (then fill it in)
Layer 5 - powder
Layer 6 - lip liner then fill in again
The person swears that it stays on all day even after eating and drinking. It looks like it would be a matte finish, wonder if a lip gloss would spoil he whole effect. Who wants to test this idea out? It seems like an awful lot of work, when it takes only a minute to retouch your lipstick during the day.
